Motivation to participate as a jury member

I’m interested in how artificial intelligence will fundamentally change our spaces and cities. Comparatively, architecture is a slow profession. At its best, its formal qualities reflect not only aesthetic convictions that endure. How structural masses are put together, how parts are connected to shape a whole, reflects the historical development of societies. Technology and technical understanding in their relationship to society and economy are interwoven in this. This is  valuable knowledge, matured over centuries that cannot simply be forgotten. I am interested in this comparative juxtaposition, which produces a future “archaeology of knowledge” in Foucault’s sense. How does this play out in reality?
